Behavior Modification Therapy

Sure, Alli blocks the absorption of fat that you eat. But that isn't why you'll lose weight when you take it.*

*--Yes, I know I haven't explained why I haven't posted in four months. Next time, I promise. Just enjoy this for now.

Hi Nate, this is Martin. Jamie said i could put a comment in. I don't tend to read the blogs but had a look and thought " holy cow people must be desperate if they want to lose weight"

I read the link and I am inclined to agree with you. If I were going to attempyt to lose weight and had reached the end of my tether, I may turn to a dieting pill. But having looked at the 'explanations' of the 'treatment effects' I would run a mile!

When it all comes down to it, if you have a choice between eating normally and needing to walk around in adult diapers or just eating healthily, you would take the second option. However, if you are at the point where you are considering a diet pill, are you able to manage with just 15 grams of fat a day!?
